請問給父母申請medicaid，要求持綠卡並住滿5年，必須是整5年嗎？如果父母每年隻過來住半年，那豈不是要等10年之後才可申請了？
-I think it means 5 years after getting GC. Even if you may visit China and live there for a while during this period, your residency is counted as long as your GC is valid.
