回複：FP and I-485 approval?

I am wondering do they really need FP to approve your I-485 case?
-No because they finished the background check and probably pre-approved his I-485. Sometimes USCIS ask you to do the fingerprinting after the I-485 approval if they think you need to update your biometric record (this is not related to your GC process).

now the visa number is going to be available in June, do we need just wait? or call them?
-Yes, call them for Service request or ask the US Senator or Congressman in your state to help you, and it may be helpful.


I am afraid if I call, they will let you do FP and takes for couple of weeks, when you finish FP, then no visa again. This dead cycle will happen again. Anybody here has experience for this situation?
