Mom got her welcome letter 2 weeks ago, and we are still waiting for the green card. Online status shows the card in the process of production.

My question is if it is all right that my mom travels before she receives the green card without info pass stamp?
-Fine. But she can get the GC stamp no her passport immedaitely at the USCIS local office by bring the Welcome notice. This is safer because in case you lose the physcal GC during the mail to China.


We ordered the air-ticket already, and I am planning to mail the green card to my mom.
