我B-2簽證來美（B2 visa will be expired on September this year），去年九月來美，理應今年三月回國(I-94 expired on this March)，但有事逾期未歸。現想買張機票去Canada，去時把舊的I-94給換了，入美國海關時拿一張新的I-94。跪問可行否？
-No. Because your B2 status expired and you did not leave U.S. nor extended your status, your B2 visa is invalid (you can not use this visa any more). You need to apply for a new B2 visa to enter U.S.

是否被Canada或美國的海關給扣住？若扣住了咋辦？
