Employment letter was provided Aug. 2008 at request of USCIS then waited for another two years!
Letters to senators for intervention during July 2008 and end of April 2010
Called USCIS for status check on May. 6, 2010.
Emails recieved from USCIS for the approval of green card at 11:00 pm last night.
