國籍是英國籍，不知能不能也這樣操作？
還有您說She also can get the H4 I-94 /status at the port of entry by providing your H1 approval notice and then, file I-485.難道H4也可以落地簽，無需在中國先簽證麽？
-I assumed her citizenship was Canadian. I am really not sure whether英國籍 is the same as Canadian or not. For the safe reason, she had better get the H4 visa outside U.S.and that should be easy.

另外關於這個follow to join的問題，我的公司律師說一般需要一年，即使排期當前也需要那麽久麽？
-Normally, 6 months to one year, case by case. If she can file I-485 before your I-485 is approved, she can get her GC nearly at the same time with yours.
