已經拜讀PJIANG老師的博文,在這裏潛心搜貼幾個星期了.愚鈍的我還是有一些問題拿不準,萬望指正.

1, 我父母B-2,於今年1月26號來美,我現在申請是否合適,或告知最佳時間.
-Fine.

2, 我父母的出生公證每人隻有一份,是否寄出給移民局時用複印件,以後補交原件?
-Only need the copy of the 出生公證, not need to 以後補交原件.

3, 他們沒有結婚公正,因為我的出生公證上有他們名字,我是否要寄出我的出生公證?
-You need to provide your birth certificate for both your parents' I-130s, respectively.

4, I-485是否也和I-130一起寄出?
-Yes. Please note that one I-130/I-485 for your father, another I-130/I-485 for your mother and total two I-130s and I-485s.

5, I-864是否雖I-130一起寄出?
-Yes.
6, 如果我的收入不夠擔保他們,需要找聯合擔保人的話,是什麽時候提交I-864?還是直接和我的I-864一起寄出?
-Your hu*****and or borther/sister or friend can be your co-sponsor as long as they are US citizen or GC holder. You file I-864 and the co-sponsor files I-864A.

還有什莫我需要準備的?謝謝
