5. An IRS tax return "tran" or an IRS-certified tax return listing tax information for the last 5 years? (Is it required for applicants without any trip outside the US in last five years? Is it OK to a copy of filed 1040?)

6. My son will turn 18 years-old next month. Should he register for Selective Service before filing the N-400 in July?

How long will it take to recieve the fingerprint notice after filling in Maryland?
-I do not know because it is case by case.
