我先生現在的H-1簽證在十月到期，公司現在正幫他renew。想詢問我若暑假回國並趕在十月現在的簽證到期之前回來，是否會有麻煩？

先生會在H-1簽證renew之後幫我renewH-4簽證。之所以有這樣的疑問是因為上次他從學校的H-1轉成公司的H-1，律師不讓他出境，說那樣等於自動放棄。

如果他的H-1和我的H-4都在我回國之前辦下來，我回來還會有問題嗎？
-Fine, but you and spouse need to indicate the new H1/H4 extension effective date on the expiration date of your current H1/H4 status so that your I-94 (get at the port of entry when you return to US) will not override the H1/H4 extension approval notice I-94.

我若在國內簽證，應該用現在的還是renew之後的H-4呢？
-Use your spouse's H1 approval notice (either new or old) to get the H4 visa , not your H4 approval notice.


越說越複雜，究竟該如何做才能順利renew H-4而且順利回來呢？
