請問各位老師:Question on EAD renew

I lived in NY and my EAD will expire on 8/8. So I mailed my EAD renewal applicatino to USCIS Dallas PO Box on 4/20 thru registered USPOS mail. But till now the check is not cashed and no receipt notice . Here is addres I mailed:

Dallas, TX 75266
Is this the right address? Is there any way I can track my case? or shall I mail another application thru express mail? I'm afraid I will not be able to get my EAD renewed in time.
