1b transfer 好了， 但是前一個case reopen

去年10月畢業後， 一家公司給辦了h1b。 今年4月跳槽到一家新公司。 新公司給辦了h1b transfer, 三月底的時候拿到的approval notice. 昨天， 突然收到uscis的email, 說是我以前那家公司給辦的h1b case reopen for consideration. 我去問了現在公司的律師，律師也不知道是怎麽回事。她說最壞的打算是再申請h1b, 但是我要回國去激活。 我有去問了以前雇主的人事部門，他們說他們已經 revoke了我的h1b。 其他的他們也不知道。 請問一下是不是我的h1b 身份有風險了， 該怎麽辦呢？ 萬分感謝！
