-Normally you need to do the fingerprinting at the appointment time, but I know some people did it in advance 比指定時間提前）and it worked.


第三項要求（before the officer of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services: xxx(name of the officer).

請問我是否可以直接到當地的移民局找指定的這個officer. 請指教。
-Correct. You need to fill out the form and then sign it before the Immigration officer XXX (face to face signature).
