做h1b extension，剛剛收到LCA denial letter，說我的prevailing wage 部分不符合要求，請皮匠老師救命幫助看看，圖片如下，是哪部分的問題？是不是要說出具體來源？可是填不下啊，還是說不能再用2008年的數據。當初申請時律師用的這個網站，網站上沒找到最新的數據怎麽辦？還有自己找的source裏麵沒有分wage level，是不是要在表上選擇N/A？
請問接下來怎麽辦？可以重新file嗎？這樣對後麵處理有什麽影響嗎？

The wage source specified in Section G.11b fails to satisfy the regulatory requirements listed in 20 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(B) for a prevailing wage survey published by an independent authoritative source or the regulatory requirements listed in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(C) for a prevailing wage survey or other source data acquired from another legitimate source of wage information.
An employer may use, in lieu of a prevailing wage determination from the National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center (1) an independent authoritative wage source so long as it meets all the criteria set forth in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(B), or (2) another legitimate source of wage information so long as it meets all the criteria set forth in 20 CFR 655.731(b)(3)(iii)(C). 20 CFR 655.731(a)(2)(ii)(B).
If you believe the wage source specified in Section G.11b to be appropriate for use in future LCA filings, you may submit the wage source to be evaluated to support a Prevailing Wage Determination by following the procedures for submitting an employer survey at 20 CFR 655.731(a)(2)(ii)(A) and 20 CFR 656.40(g).
On and after January 1, 2010, this request may be submitted via mail to the U.S. Department of Labor-ETA, National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center, Attn: PWD Request; 1341 G Street, NW., Suite 201, Washington, DC 20005-3105. Only mark one box. Otherwise, mark "N/A".
