EB2 485 pending 3年了，2007大潮遞的，有EAD但是沒有啟用，還是用H-1B在工作。去年兩次出鏡再回美都是用的AP。現在我很久以前file的親屬移民也到期了，可以遞交485。

請問有兩個485會有什麽不良影響嗎？
-No. Two I-485s will not affect each other, but only one will be approved and then, another will be denied after one is approved.

我打算DIY親屬移民的485。現在在看親屬移民的485的申請過程，試著自己填485的表格，但是有些地方不清楚怎麽填。比如說，

1. 485要填current USCIS status和expiration date，我是填H-1B呢，
-Yes.
還是填"485 pending, AOS"?
-No.

如果填AOS, 會不會對親屬移民的這個485有什麽不良影響，還有這個expiration date怎麽填？

1. Alien number填哪一個?
-The one indicated in your pending I-485 receipt.

3. In what status did you last enter? (visitor, student, temporary worker) 這個怎麽填呢？
-Parolee.

我上次入境是從國內探親回美，用的是EB2 簽發的AP. 那我就填Advance Parole嗎？填Advance Parole是不是就和用H-1B衝突了？但如填H-1B worker, 接下來就要問non immigrant visa number, 以及Consulate where visa was issued，這些我又確實沒有，沒有在國內簽過H-1B 入境的visa

4. Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in US? If "Yes", give date and place of filing, and final disposition. 這裏，我是不是就老老實實說Yes,
-Correct. Tell the truth.

然後寫上現在Eb2的485還在pending，因為priority date沒有current?
