苦等多年，總算今年五月排期到了，看到有的EB3朋友已拿到綠卡，我很著急。 就按壇子裏的xdjm的建議，打uscis的電話。 接線員態度很好。5-11-2010， 收到email notice 說 收到inquiry，case under review。 結果下午就收到welcome notice。 謝謝這麽多 朋友的多年的input。
