No. Your prority date is exactly at the cut-off date for June 2010, so you can not file your I-485 (your PD is not current yet, one day later than the cut-off date). Based on the US Department of State Visa Bulletin, only immigration applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date can file their I-485.
