What should I do? Please help

I sent out my EAD renewal on 2/20/10 And it was received on 2/22/10.
I got the notice on 3/24( received data 2/22/10 showed in the paper).
Then It was transfered to another center on 3/24/10. Notic data is 4/09/10 from the new center.
I just called the USCIS and it said that I need to give the new center 100 days from they got the case before I can do anything. That means I have to wait until mid July. My EAD will expire mid of June.
What I can do now? I did the application in 120 day window. The time they wasted is all on me? Even start from 3/24, it will be 6/24 when my EAD will be expired already, not mention from 4/09 plus 100 days.Can I get emergency EAD from local office after 5/22, 3 months after they received the case?
How can I talk to a repesentetive through the USCIS number. It is always machine.
What can I do?
Any advice will be appreciated.
