給父母申請綠卡材料，結婚公證是必須的嗎？
-Based on the I-130 instructions, your father needs to provide this document, but some people got their GC without this document. So, it seems USCIS is not strict to require this document. So, you prepare it if it is easy to get it. If it is difficult to get it, you may not provide it for your father GC.
