welcoming the new permanent resident。這是啥notice 呀？說是60天內寄卡，大家都是多久收到的。
另外還說notice 上有INSTRUCTION，要complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice。這些是要做什麽的？
一頭霧水。
-This is a standard notice for every case, so you may just ignore the ADIT unless you receive a specific/addtional notice for the ADIT (it means biometric/fingerprinting record update).
