EB3, Pijiang lao shi, please

My EB3 140 had been approved 2 years ago, now I am thinking to change to another city to work. I know it is easy for EB1 and EB2, as long as keeping in same field.

Does EB3 have the same previlidge? Thanks for answeing and good luck to everyone here!
