我太太已經在她畢業的學校用opt開始工作了，同時9月份要讀另外一個學校的degree。請問她能夠用opt去讀嗎？
-She had bette get the I-20 from the new school and transfer her F1 to that new school. Contact the International Stduent Offices in the both old school and new school and they will tell her how to do.

還是必須先申請h1b才可以？
-No.
另外一個問題就是eb1b是不是必須先要有h1b才能開始申請呢？
-Not really. The employer can file EB1B I-140 any time as long as they will hire you as a permanent base.
