-No. But you need to be smart to avoid this kind of situation. For example, you can change your status to H4 before your 6 year H1 expires and then, when the PERM filng > one year or the I-140 approval, you can change back to H1 and extend it beyond 6 years. or just go back to China before the H1 reaches the 6 year limit and then, enter US with H1 visa after PERM filing > one year or I-140 approval and then, extend it beyond the 6 year limit.

需要舊的140複印件嗎？
-Yes.

－－公司不給140複印件，隻有批準號，舊140被Revoke後新雇主辦綠卡時能憑批準號Relink上用早的那個排期嗎？
-You need to get a copy of the I-140 approval notice to use the PD. Just the 批準號 may not work (I am not sure).
