我的意思是這樣就直接把H1延期了。
-Not true. If yopu use the H1 visa to enter U.S., your H1 I-94 (get it in the port of entry) will be the same duration as that of the H1 approval notice, so it is not 直接把H1延期. To extend your h1, your employer needs to file the H1 extension petition to USCIS no matter you use AP or H1 visa to come back.
