Thank you very much. You are right, I have only F1 on my passport. According to my understanding, I will use AP to enter US. Then as long as I work for original employer or get a new job with H1, then I can go back to H1. So I can save EAD in case that I want to change a job without applying for H1. Right?
By the way, where did you get that memo?
