申請中國大陸妹妹及其6歲兒子(我的外甥).以下問題請教:

妹夫因工作關係,不便申請.I-130表上受益人,是否隻填妹妹及其兒子即可?如果妹夫以後改變主意,可否再加上?
-You can fill your 妹夫 and kid's names in the I-130 even if they do not want to apply for the GC. This does not mean they have immigration intent. Only your sister will be counted as immigration intent at this point.

此類移民目前年大約要十年.在申請其間,他們是否不能申請其他非移民簽證?例如外甥的短期訪美簽證?
-Only your 妹夫 and the kid can apply for the B1/B2 visa during this period of time after you file I-130.

綠卡批準後,最遲多長時間內必須赴美?
-6 months, normally.
