請教PJIANG老師有關130的幾個問題

我看了您的BLOG,但還是有幾個130表格的問題(我們是給父母申請).

1.Address for beneficiary
Should it be the US address where he/she currently is or should it be his/her address in china?

15. Name and address of present employer (if any)
受益人的雇主名稱及地址
So this is the employer for beneficiary, right? If beneficiary has retired, what should be listed here?

17. List hu*****and/wife and all children of your relative.
Does the list need to include petitioner as well?
