父母2年前來過一次美國，那時身份是H4，現H4過期。在網上看的資料說，用EAD和I-485收據簽證，父母容易拒簽（不知對否）
-Not true. It is irrelvant.

，父母年紀大了，跨省簽證不容易，所以才覺得用I-94可能好點。
-I-485 receipt and the EAD is fine enough (you may include the recent 3 months paycheck stubs to prove you have a job, if any).

（我一直在等AP下來才敢想父母簽證的事，看來錯誤）
