回複：H1B 填表， 請Pjiang和朋友幫助

正在填H1B 申請表， 看到Pjiang BLOG， 很有幫助，但是還有小問題。

本人是F-1，OPT,In page 2. DATE OF STATUS EXPIRES 是填OPT的有效期，還是填 D/S？

1. 有3 個選：領事處， PRE-FLIGHT INSECTION， PORT OF ENTRY？ 有人建議
選領事處，
-Correct.
我想了解為什麽不能選 ”PORT OF ENTRY“
-This means your case is not approved, and then, you may be reuired to leave US and you may choose to be inspected at the port of entry.

4. 什麽意思？，新H1B 申請人要不要FILE I-102表為換一個新I-94？
-No.
