謝謝老師的回答,我還有一個問題: 我可以以employer的名義自己set up efile account嗎? (我知道employer 的所有信息). 或者我知會一下Dean,如果他同意了,我可以自己作嗎?
-Talk to your employer (Dean), and if he/she agree, you may do prepare it and ask the Dean to sign it electronically. You can not do it without your employer's permission.

我們學校所有的綠卡申請都是Dean簽字的,這是慣例,可能不同學校政策不一樣.
