三年前,老公拿的是L1簽證來美.當時簽的是兩年.到2009年3月到期.之後在這邊又續簽兩年,有效期到2011年6月分.去年年底公司幫我們申請辦理移民.我們有計劃6月回國,想請問,

如果我們回國,回來是不是要重新去使館辦簽證?
-Correct. Do the samething as you got the L1 visa first time.

如果要,會不會被拒簽?
-Fine because L1 is dual intent (allow to have immigration intent).
