For example, listing all the tools you've been using somehow looks too specific in the job duty, but listing the multidiscplinary knowledge usually does not.

An example: 5 years in automotive (screen out 50% appliants) + MS degree (another 30%) + controls background (another 10%) + (C++ 5%) + testing (another 5%) = Only you're qualified.
