父母探親一定得買往返機票嗎？

我母親月底來美。沒打算逾期居住。因為回去時也許走不同的路徑
以便觀光旅遊，所以想買單程機票。航空公司告知美國規定這種簽
證需買往返機票。請問移民局有這種規定嗎？
