Pjiang Loshi: please clarify one point in your blog: difference between “I-485 Adjustment Application Transferring” and “Priority Date Transferring”

In my case:
NIW 140 filled at November 2006.
I-485 based on NIW was filled at August 2007.
NIW 140 approved at November 2007.

EB-1a I-140 was approved at April 2010.

So I want to transfer my I-485 from NIW to EB-1a. I read your blog and just want to confirm with you that I need to request “I-485 Adjustment Application Transferring”, is it correct?

What is the difference between “I-485 Adjustment Application Transferring” and “Priority Date Transferring”?
