前公司H1B,現用TN,新的H1B是否可以Transfer？如果不行，我是否可以申請有研究生以上學曆20000名額的H1B (我有美國學校的Master 學位-非計算機專業，但學了計算機課，有經驗）？
-Just ask your employer to file an H1 petition for you and you can work for the employer with H1 status after the h1 petition is approved. You do not need to get a new H1 quota.
