But I was told by Human Resource that there is a new law from Jan. this year, LCA will take at least 60 days for approval, did you hear about it?
-This infromation is out of date. DOL has improved the system and now it only takes about one week to get the LCA approved. Your HR is not the immigration specialist and you may need a lawyer to help you if your HR does not understand the issue.
