還有一個禮拜就要沒工作了，公司不能給續合同了，下家還沒找到，現在用H1B。
今天收到Eb1A NSC I485 RFE，要證明現在和將來從事現在的領域。不知道該如何回應?
-Find a job in the similar/same area. As long as you get the job offer, you will be OK.

另外移民局是不是知道我合同快到期了，如何知道？
-I do not think so. Because the PD of EB1 is current, USCIS will send you RFE anytime after you file I-485. That is why I always suggest that you had better not file I-140 and I-485 concurrently unless you think your job is stable at least for one year if you use EB1A.
