由於經費原因，現隻能申請part-time job,請問：
1 移民局對part-time job有最低工資和小時限製嗎？
-Salary needs to be higher than or equal to the prevail salary ($xx/hour). No specific 小時限製, but had better > 20 hours/week.
獲批的可能性有大？
-Yes.
2 對綠卡申請會有影響嗎？（NIW140已批，沒遞485）
-Not affect I-140, but you need a full time job for the I-485 approval.
