I want to share the happy news that my 485 has finally been approved today(09/30/04).

140 and 485 concurrent, they were sent in the same envelop.

Received data 06/30/04
140 approved date 08/17/04
485 RFE(request for evidence) 08/17/04
RFE received date 09/22/04
485 approved date 09/30/04

my case was picked up in the pilot program, I guess.
