Dear Pijing ects: Should i pay $385(with PF $80)or $305 for applying AP? i am really confused. My case I file I-485 $395 in 08/2007 (big tide) and EAD $345 FILED IN 5/2009 following FINGNER PRINTER 06/2009. So i must pay for my AP fee $385 please correct it if wrong.Highly appreciated!
-It is $305 (See the I-131 Instructions), no fingerprinting/biometric fee for I-485 based AP and EAD.
