想來想去不對勁，怎麽沒有approval notice和welcome email，直接就做卡了？
-The piece of the paper in which your GC inserted equals to the welcome notice. YOur GC is fine.

看別人都先收到welcome letter，然後approval notice，我怎麽直接就從initial review跳到card production ordered呢？難道不是綠卡？
