EB-1B request evidence, help. Pjiang please

We did submit this letter and labeled "permanent research position", but it was written by my boss using University title paper, the date was 9 months ago, so I don't know what is wrong with it?
please feel free to let me know.

2)original scientific or scholarly research: provide evidence to establish the significance of the beneficiary's scientific or scholarly research with regard to its originalit, contribution to the academic field, and how it set the beneficiary apart individually as an internationally-recognized outstanding researcher compared to all others in the academic field.

please tell me how to do with it request, do you think recommendation letter would be helpful??
