140給不給的情況都有，

485是不是也一樣？
-USCIS will absolutely ask for (RFE) your employment verfication letter sooner or later for your I-485 (EB1A or NIW) beause they need to know whether you are employed or will be employed before they approve your I-485. This is somewhat different from EB1B or PERM which sponsored by the employer.
