We submitted my 485 07/2007 base on my EB-3 140.My spouse's Eb-1b 140 got approved last July.Her 485 got approved same day.After that,we tried relink my 485 to my spouse's EB-1b 140 around 8 months.Call them, infopass,email them ,sent the letter twice.No response.So I start prepare refile 485 base on my spouse's 140.Today I got the letter from cis.the letter(Documentation submitted meets the requirement for expedite processing of your application/petition.You should receive a decision within 60 days).I need to do medical examination for 485. 皮匠老師和863211老師,Do you have any suggestion? Wait for few months or just go head to refile.
