懇請863211老師和皮匠老師幫忙：PERM Audit

PERM 被 audit,EB2, IT job, mini requirement: master or bachelor + 5yr exp.

原因#1：a copy of the job order placed with the SWA serving the area of intended employment downloaded from the SWA internet job listing site, a copy of the job order provided by the SWA, or other proof of publication from the SWA containing the content of the job order, where a job order is required by the recruitment provisions of 20 CFR 656 and/or a job order is listed on the ETA Form 9089 as a recruitment source.

請問老師，這個原因要求什麽樣的support letter？如果沒有相關材料對應這一原因， PERM會被據嗎？

PERM audit 期間能withdraw， file 另一個PERM 嗎？

如果在同一公司， 但換了組，job duty 換了，公司又被別家買了換了公司名字，在這種情況下，能用新的公司名字再 file 一個 PERM， 同時原來的PERM audit 繼續 pending 嗎？
