我現在在準備I-485的材料,我LD是主申請人，我從網上找到的checklist,發現有的同學列上 I-20s, 我想問各位，我作為副申請人也有很多I-20,在我自己的I-485 package 裏，我是隻用交我自己的I-20就行了，還是連同LD的I-20也要交？LD現在是H1B.
-This kind of documents are the evidences that you maintained your legal status during the period of time since your last entry. If you have been out of U.S. and got another type of visa (e.g. H1/H4)to reenter US after you graduated, you do not need to provide the copies of the I-20s. This applys to your LD too.
