用EAD卡工作，如果被雷，

1，是否公司一定會通知移民局？隨後招來RFE？

2，如果領失業保險，是否會影響到485的批準？

-- if you are the main applicant, you can not apply for UI, otherwise it might affect your case; if you are the spouse and work under EAD, you can apply for UI.
