During daytime, I am at client site. I was able to login to WXC but somehow unable to post messages. I knew they are using websense, but why I can post to regular English websites not Chinese one?

863211 - thank you for your detailed replies. Do you know how long normally it takes from the date 129 is submitted and that the approval arrives? I know it varies and in case by case basis, just want to have a ballpark number so I can expect what's realistic...
