申請AP突然發現問題，請高手務必解惑！

我是 H-4,07年申請485，仍在pending中。我兩次回國都申請AP.去年5月我回國 呆了10個月，前幾天我趕在AP過期之前回美國，入關時海關官員認真看了AP,總算順利入關，沒有盤問我為何在國外呆那麽久。因為國內家中有困難，我打算六月初再回國，今天打算第三次申請AP,卻突然有很大疑惑，覺得自己好像根本沒有必要申請Ap。因為剛才讀了instruction,第一頁上寫著：you do not need to apply Ap if both condition described below in A and B are met:A.……H-4,spouse of H1. B.form-485, applicaiotn to register permanent residence or adjust status was files on your behalf and is pending with USCIS.
However,upon returning to US,you must present your valid H nonimmigrant visa and continue to remain elegible for the status.
我英語水平有限，讀來讀去，好像覺得A、B兩項我都符合，似乎可以不用申請Ap,就可以直接回國並再次進入美國。唯一的可能是我的07年獲得的探親visa過期了，不好再用？請教壇內高手，我這種情況，究竟能否省去385元大洋並免除填表的麻煩？
