What to do with a wrong EAD, P jiang or other maters please help

Last year I applied for an EAD. When I filled 765 form, I accidently filled C5 in the catergory and I also enclosed I485 pending notice and in my letter I stated I want an ead based on 485pending. I sent all the documents to Nebraska for processing, they directed me to a center in california. I did not know I made a little mistake. I follwed their direction and sent all the documents to california center. amazingly, they issued me a card. After long time I looked at my card and saw the problem, which is catergory C5 instead of c9.

Now I want to apply another ead. what should I do? should I mention the last mistaken one? the card was used very briefly and was used for SSN application?
