已經申請過兩次AP了, AP的有效期到今年的6月份. 我是非2009年8月31號入境的,

入境官對我說,有效期是以入境時蓋的章為準. 也就是說AP的有效期到2010年8月31號.
-Not true. Your AP的有效期 is still 到今年的6月份. You can not use this AP after今年的6月份.

But your parolee status 的有效期到2010年8月31號. Don't mess up. Many people were confused like you and got big trouble.


到底是不是這樣呀? 有沒有人經曆過呀?
